- Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F and allow it to heat up. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper if you prefer to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Arrange cheese piles: Place small piles of shredded mozzarella cheese in the basket, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow room for melting and crisping.
- Add pepperoni toppings: Top each cheese pile with 2 to 3 pepperoni slices, distributing them evenly.
- Air fry the chips: Cook the assembled pizza chips in the air fryer for 5 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown around the edges.
