			Burritos
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)
 - 1/4 cup water
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend cheese)
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup salsa
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
 - 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)

Fries
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries (or 1 bag of frozen fries)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for baking the fries.
 - Prepare Fries: If using fresh potatoes, cut them into thin fries. Toss the fries in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
 - Bake Fries: Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through baking to ensure they crisp evenly and become golden brown. For frozen fries, follow package instructions for baking.
 - Cook Beef: While the fries are baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease once cooked.
 - Season the Beef: Add the taco seasoning packet and 1/4 cup water to the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef evenly.
 - Assemble Burritos: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a small amount of sour cream on each tortilla, then add a generous portion of the seasoned beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, diced onions, chopped cilantro, and pickled jalapeños if using.
 - Roll Up Burritos: Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly to secure the filling inside.
 - Serve: Serve the cheesy beef burritos alongside the crispy baked fries. Garnish with extra cilantro or chopped fresh parsley as desired for added freshness and color.

Notes
- Use frozen fries for a quicker preparation and follow package baking instructions.
 - Customize the burritos with your favorite toppings like avocado, lettuce, or hot sauce.
 - For a spicier kick, add more pickled jalapeños or a dash of cayenne pepper to the beef.
 - If you prefer a lighter version, use low-fat sour cream and reduced-fat cheese.
 - Make sure to flip the fries halfway through baking for even crispiness.
 - Leftover burritos can be wrapped in foil and refrigerated for up to 2 days, then reheated in the oven or microwave.
