Description

Cherry Bomb Jello Shots are a fun and festive adult treat combining the vibrant flavor of cherry Jello with a boozy blend of Maraschino Originale and Whipped Cream Vodka, garnished with maraschino cherries, whipped cream, and gold sprinkles for an extra pop of elegance.

Ingredients

Scale

Jello Mixture

  • 2 boxes Cherry Jello (3 oz each)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ¾ cup cold Maraschino Originale liqueur
  • ¼ cup Whipped Cream Vodka

Garnishes

  • 10 Maraschino cherries, stems removed
  • Gold sprinkles, for decoration
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jello: In a large mixing bowl, pour in 2 boxes of cherry Jello powder. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir thoroughly until all the Jello powder is completely dissolved.
  2. Add Alcohol: Once the Jello mixture has cooled slightly but is still liquid, stir in ¾ cup cold Maraschino Originale liqueur and ¼ cup Whipped Cream Vodka to blend evenly.
  3. Pour and Chill: Carefully pour the Jello mixture into individual shot glasses or molds. Place a maraschino cherry stem side down into each shot glass.
  4. Set the Shots: Refrigerate the shots for at least 2-4 hours or until they are fully set and firm to touch.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, top each Jello shot with a small dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle gold sprinkles for a festive look.

Notes

  • Use cold liqueurs to help the Jello set faster and maintain a smooth texture.
  • For a stronger kick, adjust the amount of vodka but be careful not to add too much as it can affect the setting.
  • Ensure to remove the cherry stems if desired for easier consumption.
  • These shots are best enjoyed chilled and within 24 hours of preparation.
