Description

Delicious and healthy Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters that combine fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and rich semi-sweet chocolate. These no-bake frozen treats are easy to make, perfect for a nutritious snack or dessert, and offer a delightful blend of fruity freshness and chocolatey indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale

Yogurt Mixture

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a bowl, combine the chopped fresh strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Form the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Using a spoon, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and place it onto the baking sheet, shaping it into small clusters. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  3. Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until the yogurt clusters are fully solid and firm enough for dipping.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15-30 second increments, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Coat the Clusters: Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer. Quickly dip each cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Place the coated clusters back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Final Freeze: Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate coating to set completely.
  7. Serve & Enjoy: Let the clusters sit at room temperature for about 2 minutes before serving to enjoy a perfect texture with a crunchy chocolate shell and creamy strawberry yogurt inside.

Notes

  • You can substitute honey with maple syrup to keep it vegan.
  • Use coconut oil for a smoother chocolate coating and added coconut flavor.
  • Store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
  • For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts on the clusters just after dipping in chocolate before they set.
  • Make sure the clusters are fully frozen before dipping into chocolate to prevent melting.
