Snack Mix
- 8 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 3 cups Bugles corn chips
- 2 cups red and green M&M’s
Chocolate Coating
- 24 ounces white chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside to prepare for the snack mix.
- Combine Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, Bugles corn chips, and red and green M&Ms. Use clean hands to thoroughly mix all the ingredients together for an even distribution.
- Melt White Chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well, then continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Coat the Snack Mix: Pour the melted white chocolate over the combined snack mix. Toss gently with a large spoon or use clean hands to ensure every piece is evenly coated with the chocolate.
- Spread and Decorate: Spread the coated snack mix onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle additional red and green M&Ms and the 2 tablespoons of red and green sprinkles over the top for a festive touch.
- Set and Serve: Allow the snack mix to set completely at room temperature so the chocolate hardens. Once set, break into clusters if desired and serve or store in an airtight container.
