Instructions
- Prepare baking sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside to cool the snack mix once coated.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels, Bugles corn chips, and red and green M&M’s. Use clean hands to gently mix all the ingredients until evenly distributed.
- Melt white chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring in between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Coat the mix: Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry mix. Using a large spoon or clean hands, gently toss the mixture until every piece is thoroughly coated with the melted chocolate.
- Spread and decorate: Spread the coated snack mix evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle additional red and green M&M’s and the red and green sprinkles on top to enhance the festive look.
- Set and serve: Allow the snack mix to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens and sets firmly. Once set, break into clusters if needed and serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
