			Cauliflower and Seasoning
- 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
 - 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

Coating
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
 - 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it to prevent sticking.
 - Prepare the cauliflower: Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower to avoid sogginess during roasting. Cut it into medium-sized florets to ensure even cooking and crispiness.
 - Season the florets: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated. Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over them, mixing well to distribute the seasonings thoroughly.
 - Add breadcrumb coating: Add the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese (if using) to the bowl and stir carefully until all florets are evenly coated with the crumb mixture for extra crunch and flavor.
 - Arrange on baking sheet: Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each piece to help them roast evenly and crisp up.
 - Roast the cauliflower: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes. Flip the florets halfway through the cooking time to ensure all sides turn golden brown and crispy.
 - Serve: Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Serve hot as a delicious snack, side dish, or part of a larger meal.

Notes
- Ensure the cauliflower is completely dry before tossing with oil to maximize crispiness.
 - For a vegan version, omit the Parmesan cheese or substitute with a vegan cheese alternative.
 - Panko breadcrumbs provide extra crunch compared to regular breadcrumbs.
 - Feel free to adjust spices to suit your taste preferences, such as adding cayenne for heat or Italian herbs for more flavor.
 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated in the oven to retain crispness.
