- 2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Heat the Oil: Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted and hot.
- Add Bananas and Cinnamon: Place the banana slices in the skillet and evenly sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon to infuse flavor.
- Cook Bananas: Fry the banana slices for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, gently turning until they turn golden and slightly caramelized but not mushy.
- Remove and Add Toppings: Remove from heat and, if desired, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup and some nut butter for extra sweetness and texture.
