Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack featuring seasoned ground beef with garlic and Parmesan cheese wrapped in buttery biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for parties or game day gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

Meat Mixture

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Dough

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the cheeseburger bombs.
  2. Cook beef mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add the minced garlic and onion powder, cooking for about 2 minutes or until the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Season and combine: Stir in the salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese into the beef mixture. Remove the skillet from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly so it’s easier to handle.
  4. Assemble bombs: Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into individual rounds. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each round and carefully wrap the dough around the filling to seal it.
  5. Bake: Arrange the assembled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • Ensure the beef mixture cools slightly before assembling to prevent the biscuit dough from becoming soggy.
  • You can substitute Parmesan cheese with mozzarella for a milder flavor.
  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • These cheeseburger bombs can be made ahead and reheated in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
