Instructions

- Melt chocolate mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Add flavor and color: Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring into the melted chocolate mixture until evenly combined and the desired shade of green is achieved.
