Filling
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s at the perfect temperature for baking the croissant rolls.
- Prepare Croissants: Unroll the croissant dough triangles onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Add Fillings: On each croissant triangle, place an even layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, making sure to leave the edges clear for rolling.
- Season and Roll: Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese over the cheese and pepperoni, then tightly roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip to seal the filling inside.
- Bake: Place the rolled croissants into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the croissant rolls cool slightly before serving to enjoy the perfect warm, cheesy bite.
Notes
- Use refrigerated crescent roll dough for convenience and best texture.
- Make sure to seal the edges of the croissant dough well to prevent the cheese from leaking during baking.
- You can add a marinara dipping sauce on the side for extra flavor.
- Customize fillings by adding sautéed vegetables or different types of cheese.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
