Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini and thinly sliced carrots, ensuring they are evenly mixed.
  2. Season the Vegetables: Drizzle ¼ cup olive oil over the vegetables. Sprinkle dried thyme, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper on top. Toss all ingredients thoroughly to coat every piece uniformly.
