- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
- ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ avocado, sliced or mashed
- Optional: lime juice, salsa, or hot sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Tortillas: Cut a slit from the center of each tortilla to the edge, allowing you to fold and layer ingredients easily for the wrap.
- Add Filling: On one quarter of each tortilla, arrange the shredded rotisserie chicken, followed by the black beans and cheese on the adjacent quarter, and then place the avocado slices or mashed avocado on the next quarter.
- Fold and Cook: Fold the tortilla starting from the quarter with chicken, folding sequentially over the cheese and avocado sections to form a layered wrap. Warm the folded wraps in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and tortillas are golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from heat and slice if desired. Add optional lime juice, salsa, or hot sauce for added flavor before serving.
