- 1 6-ounce box strawberry Jello
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 ounces Kinky Red Liqueur
- 1/2 cup champagne
- 1 package Pop Rocks (for garnish)
Creamy Strawberry Pudding Shots
- 2 3-ounce boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup Baileys strawberry and cream
- 1/4 cup shortcake vodka
- 1 3-ounce package strawberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup strawberry vodka (chilled)
- Whipped cream and fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Bubbly Strawberry Popping Boba Shots
- 1 6-ounce package strawberry Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla vodka
- 1 container Strawberry Popping Boba
Instructions
- Prepare Classic Strawberry Jello Shots: In a large bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water and let it bloom for about 2 minutes. Add 1 cup hot water and stir until completely dissolved. Mix in the strawberry Jello powder until fully combined. Stir in the Kinky Red Liqueur and champagne. Pour mixture into shot glasses or small containers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Before serving, rim the shots with Pop Rocks for a fun, fizzy surprise.
- Make Creamy Strawberry Pudding Shots: In a bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups whole milk and whisk until thickened (about 2 minutes). In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello package in 1 cup boiling water, stirring well. Mix the strawberry pie filling into the Jello mixture. Once the pudding is set, fold the Jello mixture into the pudding gently. Stir in Baileys and shortcake vodka. Spoon the mixture into shot glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish each shot with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices before serving.
- Prepare Bubbly Strawberry Popping Boba Shots: Dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring thoroughly. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the vanilla vodka. Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small cups. Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours or until firm. Just before serving, add a spoonful of strawberry popping boba to each shot for a burst of fruity bubbles and a fun texture.
Notes
- For best results with gelatin, avoid stirring too vigorously to prevent bubbles.
- Adjust the alcohol quantity in each recipe according to your taste and tolerance.
- Pop Rocks and popping boba add fun textures but can be omitted if unavailable.
- Keep the shots refrigerated until serving to maintain firmness.
- Use fresh and ripe strawberries for garnishes to enhance flavor and presentation.
