Ingredients
Scale
Brownie Batter
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Pink or red sprinkles (optional)
For Serving
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Mix Batter: In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until a thick and smooth batter forms.
- Add White Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Spread Batter: Pour and spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula for an even surface.
- Add Sprinkles (Optional): Sprinkle pink or red sprinkles on top if desired to enhance the festive look.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs remaining.
- Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into 9 squares. Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Do not overbake to ensure the brownies remain soft and fudgy.
- These brownies make a perfect treat for Valentine’s Day, special parties, or as a thoughtful homemade gift.
- Using parchment paper makes it easier to remove the brownies from the pan.
- White chocolate chips add a creamy sweetness that complements the strawberry flavor.
