Dressing & Garnish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse Fruit: Rinse all fruit under cold water and gently pat dry to ensure cleanliness and freshness.
- Prepare Fruit: Slice the peaches into wedges or dice them, hull and halve the strawberries, and cut the grapes in half to create bite-sized pieces.
- Combine Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Add any optional fruits such as kiwi slices, pineapple chunks, or raspberries if desired.
- Add Dressing: Drizzle the fresh lemon or lime juice over the combined fruit. If using honey, add it now and gently toss the salad to evenly coat the fruit with the juice and honey.

- Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, garnish the fruit salad with chopped fresh mint leaves to add a burst of fragrant flavor.
Notes
- This salad is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
- Feel free to customize the fruit selection based on seasonal availability or personal preference.
- The honey is optional and can be omitted for a naturally sweet salad or replaced with a sugar substitute for a diabetic-friendly version.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon for a subtle warming flavor if desired.
- Gently toss the fruit to avoid bruising or mashing the delicate berries.
