Sauce

Vegetables & Greens
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Wraps & Seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Pan: Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat to prepare for cooking the halloumi cheese.
- Cook Halloumi: Add the sliced halloumi cheese to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the cheese from the pan and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: Using the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the red bell pepper and red onion over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until they soften and become tender.
- Prepare Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas out on a clean surface and spread half a tablespoon of sweet chili sauce evenly over each tortilla.
- Assemble Wraps: Evenly distribute the cooked halloumi, sautéed peppers and onions, salad greens, and cucumber slices onto the center of each tortilla.
- Season and Garnish: Season the fillings with salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh coriander leaves if desired for extra flavor and freshness.
- Fold and Roll: Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and then roll tightly to form a secure wrap.
- Serve: Slice each wrap in half for serving. Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil to take as a packed lunch.
