- 1/3 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup light Olive Oil
- ½ cup Teriyaki Dressing (see recipe below, divided)
Main Ingredients
- 2 large French Bread Baguettes (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 5 ounces baby spinach
- 1 ½ pound Boar’s Head Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Breast
- 6 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 8 strips of bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 5 ounces cherry tomatoes (diced)
Instructions
- Prepare the Teriyaki Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic paste, sugar, and light olive oil until well combined. Set aside for the flavors to meld.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Slice the French bread baguettes lengthwise. Spread a portion of the teriyaki dressing evenly on the inside of each bread half. Layer baby spinach leaves, sliced teriyaki chicken breast, chopped hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and diced cherry tomatoes over the bread. Drizzle additional teriyaki dressing over the assembled ingredients if desired. Close the baguettes, slice into portions, and serve immediately.

- Boar’s Head Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Breast can usually be found at deli counters or specialty stores; alternatively, use cooked teriyaki chicken breast from your preferred brand.
- For a crispier bacon texture, cook bacon in the oven on a baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes.
