Ingredients
Scale
Main Ingredients
- 3½ cups white chocolate chips
- 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp salted butter
Colorings and Toppings
- Pink food coloring
- Purple food coloring
- Blue food coloring (teal recommended)
- ½ cup marshmallow bits
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare your Pan: Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to ensure easy removal of the fudge once set. Set aside.
- Melt the Base Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Divide and Color the Mixture: Remove the melted chocolate mixture from heat and divide it evenly into three separate bowls. Add a few drops of pink food coloring to one bowl, purple to the second, and blue (preferably teal) to the third. Stir each bowl until the color is evenly distributed.
- Layer the Colors: Starting with one color, pour a layer into the prepared pan. Gently spread out the mixture. Repeat this process with the remaining colors, layering them on top of one another. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors slightly for a marbled, unicorn effect.
- Add Marshmallows and Sprinkles: Sprinkle the marshmallow bits and rainbow sprinkles evenly over the top of the fudge while it is still soft to embed them slightly.
- Set the Fudge: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to cut cleanly.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut it into approximately 15 squares, and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal of fudge from the pan.
- Be sure to melt the mixture on low heat to avoid scorching.
- Adjust food coloring amounts to achieve desired vibrancy.
- For a more festive presentation, feel free to add edible glitter or additional sprinkles.
- Store fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
